CLEARWATER BEACH, Fla. — Clearwater Police have identified a man's body that was found in Mandalay Channel on Monday.
Detectives said Harry Arnold, 69, was found near the 400 block of East Shore Drive after a welfare check was requested.
An ongoing investigation revealed no foul play was suspected.
