WYOMING, Mich. — A viral Facebook post helped reunite a homeowner with potted flowers that were stolen right off her front lawn.
Patricia Quinones of Wyoming, Michigan, posted a Facebook message on Tuesday, May 29, stating that she had just purchased new flower pots and plants the day prior, in order to beautify the front of her home.
But she said she may have made her home look "TOO nice" because two women drove onto her driveway around 5 a.m. and stole all of the flowers and pots from Quinones' front yard.
Quinones caught the theft on home surveillance and posted it to her Facebook page where it was shared over 43,000 times.
The two suspects have since been identified and police have returned the stolen flowers.
And because of the viral post, Quinones was gifted several new pots and flowers from local florists.
