KISSIMMEE, Fla. — Five of your favorite Christmas movies come alive in a new interactive walk-thru attraction at Gaylord Palms Resort.
This unique holiday event in Kissimmee is called "I Love Christmas Movies." It takes the place of the long-running "ICE" exhibition, which was pushed to next year due to the pandemic.
"Elf," "National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation," "A Christmas Story," "The Polar Express" and "A Year Without a Santa Claus" are realized in "I Love Christmas Movies" with music, props, lighting and special-effect surprises.
One of the top highlights? You get to help Clark Griswold light up his house. And keep an eye out for the Family Truckster!
Along with "I Love Christmas Movies," Gaylord Palms also has a sprawling Alpine Village complete with snowball target practice, ice slides, gingerbread decorating and a tasty grownup bar with seasonal concoctions like Fireball and apple cider.
