ORLANDO, Fla. — Walt Disney World continues its phased reopening and the company says the Park Hopper option will return in the new year.
According to a press release, starting January 1, 2021 guests with a ticket or annual pass with Park Hopper benefits will be able to visit more than one park per day. There will be some modifications due to new safety procedures.
Guests are required to make a Disney Park Pass reservation for the first park they plan to visit, and they must go to that park before visiting another. Disney says park reservations are not required after the first park at this time, but that's subject to change.
The release says there will be specific Park Hopper hours every day starting at 2 p.m. They will end at the park's scheduled close time.
The company says guests will soon be able to check DisneyWorld.com/ParkHours and the My Disney Experience app for the most up-to-date hours.

Currently, Disney World's two water parks are still closed but the company hopes to reopen one on March 7, 2021, pending government approvals.
