St. Pete woman wins $2 million prize in Florida Lottery scratch-off game

A St. Petersburg woman claimed the top prize and won $2 million in a Florida Lottery scratch-off game.

Dana Butina, 35, won the $2,000,000 CASHWORD Scratch-Off game and chose to receive her winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $1,475,000.

She purchased her winning ticket from the Winn-Dixie at 11100 4th St. North in St. Petersburg. That store will receive a $4,000 bonus commission for selling the winning ticket.

The $10 scratch-off game features six top prizes of $2 million and more than 6,000 prizes between $1,000 and $2 million. The Lottery says the overall odds of winning are one-in-3.38.
