There's still a lot of things we don't know about coronavirus but each day, many people are getting more and more anxious to reopen the state and get back to work.
The Reopen Florida Task force members met for several hours Friday on state-wide conference calls to get input from every facet of society.
A big focus will continue to be regulating nursing homes that have been hit so hard by the COVID-19 outbreak.
Possibilities include temperature checks on all staff and residents every day.
“We can be do nothing more important right now then trying to get our economy back up and running while we protect our most vulnerable," said Senator Wilton Simpson, R-Tribly.
There was also discussion about handling different parts of the state differently.
Recommendations will be sent to Tallahassee and the task force will release its plan next week.
