TAMPA, Fla. — The start of the new school year comes with questions regarding your child's transportation amid a pandemic.
Here's a list to find out who to call for information about your child's school bus:
Pinellas County
Pinellas County Schools' transportation district call center is 727-587-2020. The hours are 6:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Pasco County
Transportation Call Center Times:
6:30 - 10 am
2 - 6 pm

Sarasota County
Sarasota County Schools will be hosting a Transportation Help Line. From August 24 - September 4, families will be able to call in for personalized assistance for their questions on all things transportation. When available, the Transportation HelpLine can be accessed Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. — 4:30 p.m. by dialing 941-486-2141.
Polk County
Parents who have transportation-related questions and concerns may call 863-534-7300 from now until Friday, Sept. 4. The temporary call center will be staffed on weekdays from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.
(Please note: From 12:15 to 1:45 p.m. each day, there will be a shift change and the call center will be sanitized. Calls will be answered but hold times could be longer than usual.)
