Prost Kitchen + Bar is a modern European Gastropub who specializes in twists on classic tavern fare. Prost, which translates to “Cheers” in German, is located near USF and Tampa Palms. The menu was designed as a collaboration between owner Cody Jay and New York based chef Garth Jobb. Prost’s cocktail program is based upon the theme of combining local ingredients with international inspiration. The 20 beers on tap focus on specialty European imports and local beers brewed in the Tampa area.
