TAMPA, Fla. — Curtis Hixon Park is once again transforming into a winter wonderland.
Winter Village is back in downtown Tampa for the holiday season from Nov. 22 to Jan. 5 and features sights, sounds and activities for the holidays for children and adults of all ages.
An outdoor ice rink offers views of the Riverwalk and Hillsborough River, and rental skates are available for children and adults. Ice skating tickets include 90 minutes of skating and rental skates.

There will also be a cafe and dining options, along with an assortment of shops.
The Shops of Winter Village feature 10 boutiques from local makers and purveyors offering a gift idea for everyone on your list. This “pop-up” holiday shopping experience features decorative goods, apparel, handmade toys, jewelry, dog accessories, and more.
The TECO Line Streetcar is offering themed rides on the Winter Village Express, where riders can board at Whiting Station on select Sundays to enjoy treats, music, and activities during the ride.
Other Winter Village activities include movies in the park, the City of Tampa Tree Lighting and Friends of the Riverwalk Lighted Boat Parade, though exact dates for these events have not been announced yet.
