TAMPA BAY, Fla. - With the holiday weekend upon us, there’s plenty of ways to go hunting for Easter eggs in Tampa Bay! Check out some of these local events:
Friday, March 30
Easter Egg Hunt at Hawthorne Village of Brandon
When: Friday, March 30 | 11 a.m. - 12 p.m.
Where: 851 W Lumsden Road, Brandon
Cost: Free
Info: Join the Easter Bunny for an annual Easter egg hunt and have your photo taken with the Easter bunny! Enjoy refreshments and plenty of fun! (Children 12 and under)
Underwater Egg Hunt at Southwest Recreation Complex
When: Friday, March 30 | 12 p.m. - 2 p.m.
Where: 13120 Vonn Road, Largo
Cost: $5 wristbands
Info: The Easter Bunny is missing hundreds of colorful eggs! They have been found but are floating in Southwest Pool and many of them are now at the bottom of the pool. Bring your parents and help retrieve these eggs and win prizes. Child that cannot swim must use a life jacket. Limited spots for each age group will be available.

Easter Egg Drop & Jam at All that Glitters
When: Friday, March 30 | 5 p.m. - 7 p.m.
Where: 3802 S Dale Mabry Highway, Tampa
Cost: $12
Info: This fun event puts a unique take on Easter egg hunting for your little one! Egg balloon drops and pits will feature all types of goodies for the kids. There’s also a glow dance party, games, cupcake bar and much more. The toddler drop is at 5 p.m. and kids 3+ drop starts at 6 p.m.

Egg Hunt at Glazer Children's Museum
When: Saturday, March 31 | 8 a.m. - 10 a.m.
Where: 110 W Gasparilla Plaza, Tampa
Cost: General Admission $12, Free for members
Info: Meet and take pictures with the Easter Bunny, search for thousands of eggs, play games, and more at GCM’s annual Egg Hunt! All activities, snacks and treats, and a full day of Museum play are included with admission.
Easter Egg Hunt at R. E. Olds Park
When: Saturday, March 31 | 9 a.m. - 10 a.m.
Where: 107 Shore Drive West, Oldsmar
Cost: Free
Info: Over 5,000 candy and toy filled eggs will be scattered across R.E. Olds Park. There will be a special appearance by the Easter Bunny, so don't forget your cameras! Please arrive early as all the age groups will begin promptly at 9:00 am. The egg hunt lasts about 5-10 minutes. Located on the northwest side of R.E. Olds Park near the volleyball court.

Annual Easter Egg Hunt at Redeemer Church

Info: You are invited to join a day of worship, Gospel-centered teaching, and of course a HUGE Easter egg hunt! Following the hunt, there will be light refreshments served, as well as a special craft for the kiddos to complete and take home. The egg hunt is open to toddlers - 5th graders.

City-Wide Easter Egg Hunt in Plant City

Info: The 30th Annual City-Wide Easter Egg Hunt kicks off this Saturday at Otis M. Andrews Sports Complex. Participants will assemble at 10 a.m. for a show followed by the egg hunt. The Egg Hunt itself is free, so make sure to bring your own basket! Following the hunt, other activities will be available with $1 Bunny Bucks on sale as you arrive. All kids ages 3-11 get a free hotdog and drink, while supplies last. Other activities for two Bunny Bucks each include the inflatable spacewalks, airbrushing and trackless train rides. Photos with the Easter Bunny are five Bunny Bucks each.
