Friday, October 12

Kid Rock + Brantley Gilbert

The duo will be rocking out the Florida State Fairgrounds Amphitheatre starting at 6:30 p.m. Country music comedian Wheeler Walker Jr. will also be performing. Buckle up for a wild ride!

Oktoberfest TAMPA 2018

Info: You're all invited to the 9th Annual Oktoberfest Tampa event held at Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park this weekend! Have you seen the Beard & Mustache Competition? It's a serious showdown of facial hair, talent and style! Enjoy delicious brats, German beer, live alphorn performances, oompah music, Schuplattler dancers and even a German DJ - DJ Jay Kay! They will be hosting daily Ceremonial Keg Tappings, Mr. & Mrs. Oktoberfest and Mustache competition on Saturday, and some good ol' chicken dance every day. The Tampa Tattoo Arts Convention

Info: Calling all ink lovers! The 4th Annual Tampa Tattoo Arts Convention kicks off for a weekend-long event at the Tampa Convention Center. Special contestants from Ink Master will also be there. All ages are welcome and tickets cost $20. 

2018 Florida Birding & Nature Festival

Howl-O-Ween Movie Night Spooktacular

When: 5 p.m. - 9 p.m.
Where: Ed Smith Stadium at 2700 12th Street Sarasota
Cost: Non-perishable food item donation
Info: Big league family fun at Ed Smith Stadium! Children dress up in costume to enjoy games and activities on the concourse and outfield from 5 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. A costume parade around the bases begins at 6:40 p.m. The movie, Hocus Pocus (PG) begins at approximately at 7 p.m. Bring a blanket to enjoy the movie on the outfield or watch from stadium seating. Concessions are available for purchase. No coolers or outside food allowed, except for sealed water bottles. No strollers, lawn chairs or high heels on the field. Admission is a non-perishable food item donation to All Faiths Food Pantry.

Tampa Bay Lightning vs. Columbus Blue Jackets

When: 7 p.m. 
Where: Amalie Arena at 401 Channelside Drive, Tampa

Pumpkin Patch & Corn Maze at HarvestMoon Farm
