ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — Chick'nCone takes chicken and waffles to a whole new level. The franchise opened a new location in St. Pete August 15.
Enjoy fork-free chicken and waffles in a fresh hand-rolled cone with your choice of sauce. The chicken is air fried, making it a healthier alternative to deep fried chicken.
The concept got started in New York and there are now eight locations across the U.S.
“I think it’s just a really hip new concept, something that you can’t get anywhere in the Bay Area right now," said Jennifer Hall, co-owner of the St. Pete location. "We will be the first location here.”
In addition to chicken in a waffle cone, Chick'nCone also serves Cajun fries, chicken tender hoagies, mac and cheese (on the side or in a cone) and gourmet ice cream sandwiches from Nightingale. You can enjoy local beer from 3 Daughters Brewing and Green Bench; frozen sangria slushies will be coming soon.
Both indoor and outdoor seating is available.
