What was once a food truck is now one of the many great eateries at Armature Works. Empamamas’ specialty is tasty and uniquely flavored empanadas.

“We make non-traditional, not-so-basic empanadas,” said Stephanie Swanz, the owner and Empamama herself. "We pride ourselves on being American-made, and so you’ll find various ingredients—multiple ingredients—inside of them. We believe in less dough and more filling.”
Try flavors like the Tampa Girl (which is like a Cuban sandwich stuffed inside an empanada), Cheeseburger in Paradise and Buffalo Soldier 2.0. Many of the menu items have non-tradtional, American-style ingredients incorporated into them.
Empamamas also offers delicious tacos—with chicken, pork and veggies options—as well as Bang Bang Chicken Tenders slathered in Bang Bang sauce and served with fries. To check out the full menu, click here.
