TAMPA, Fla. - The Hillsborough River will once again be dyed green for the annual St. Patrick’s Day celebration!
The Mayor’s River O’Green Fest features an Irish-themed party at Curtis Hixon Park in Downtown Tampa. There will be plenty of live entertainment, games, kids activities, food trucks, and of course, beer.
8 days until we dye the Hillsborough River green! DYK that the dye used is safe for the environment, non-toxic, biodegradable, meets all EPA standards & is certified for use by NSF Std 60? In fact, it's the same dye often used in water systems to trace the flow of drinking water! pic.twitter.com/cXZibQB6AM
