Customers can get one mini cone per person at participating shops, free of charge.
Häagen-Dazs dedicates this day to raising awareness about the decreasing honey bee population as a part of their "Häagen-Dazs Loves Honey Bees Initiative".The ice cream company gives credit to the honey bees for helping them create some of their best-selling flavors, like Strawberry, Rocky Road and Mango.
