LAKELAND, Fla. -- Did someone turn up the heat?
The Lakeland Fire Department is teaming up with SPCA Florida for the third year in a row to proudly present their Rescued Pets Calendar.
The calendar features the fine men and women firefighters of Lakeland posing with adorable pets up for adoption in Polk County.
The proceeds from the calendar sales go to saving Polk County animals. The money saves the lives of an estimated 4,200 animals each year.
The calendars sell for $10 each and are $12.50 with shipping.
