ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — Datz, the popular Tampa restaurant, has opened a second location in downtown St. Petersburg.

This foodie spot will be located at 180 Central Avenue.

“Once we set our sights on Downtown St. Pete, we knew that opening Datz’s second location in this dynamic city was our next move,” says owner Suzanne Perry. “Following the debut of our new concept, Dr. BBQ, we wanted to provide locals with the edgy and inventive comfort-food dishes they’ve loved since 2009.”

The St. Pete location will stick to the original restaurant's menu with dishes like:

  • The Cheesy Todd - Ground brisket and short rib cheeseburger served on two bacon-jalapeño mac ‘n’ cheese buns
  • Datchos - Housemade sweet ‘n’ salty chips with chili, cheese, blue cheese drizzle and jalapeños
  • Datz-A-Versary Cake - Orange cake with sweet-sweet buttercream frosting celebrating the restaurant’s 10th anniversary
  • And so much more!

St. Petersburg residents and visitors can now enjoy the incredibly popular elevated comfort food menu items, beer offerings, and craft cocktails that Tampa has enjoyed for a decade.

As the restaurant scene in the Tampa Bay area continues to grow, Datz Restaurant Group is prepared to bring its fan favorites to the 'Burg, where it should fit in very well.

St. Pete has long supported local businesses, and Datz's independent spirit and edgy attitude will be right at home in its second location.
