1. Wandering Whisk Bakeshop

Wandering Whisk Bakeshop is a new addition to the Tampa Bay area. This boutique bakery specializes in custom-made sweets and making buttercream dreams come true—seriously, you can’t go wrong with the buttercream here! Fall menu items include Sweet Corn Cookie Sandwiches, Autumn Apple Cider Cupcakes and Maple Macarons. Keep in mind that this shop is open by appointment only, with select pop-up shop hours on occasion.
2. Southern Bay Bakery
Location: 1961 4th St N, St. Petersburg
Southern Bay Bakery offers a little bit of everything imaginable; savory croissants, custom wedding cakes, pastries, ice cream—you name it! This time of year, they serve Ooey Gooey Pumpkin Bars, Pumpkin Cheesecake, Salted Caramel Chocolate Cupcakes, and Gluten-Free Pumpkin Macaroons (the bakery can also make many of their tasty treats gluten-free upon request). Don’t forget to pair your dessert with a seasonal flavored latte—choose from Vanilla Spice, Vanilla Spice Caramel, Cinnamon Bun and Candy Corn.
3. Alessi Bakery
Location: 2909 W Cypress St, Tampa
Tampa’s oldest bakery has so much to offer this fall. In addition to custom Halloween-themed cakes, Alessi Bakery sells Pumpkin Tarts, Orange and Black Cookies, Reese’s Cakes and fresh loafs of Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bread. Can’t decide what you want to try? The bakery also offers harvest platters for catering, full of fall cookies and pastries, pumpkin tarts, and slices of pumpkin chocolate chip bread.
4. Kookie Krums
Location: 513 Main St, Dunedin
Cookies definitely taste better in a bouquet! Kookie Krums has a variety of Halloween and harvest-themed cookie bouquets. Get up to two dozen cookies in a decorative and delicious display. The shop also sells pastries and sweet treats, including some seasonal Carrot Cake Cupcakes, made with fresh shredded carrots and topped with elegant pearl sprinkles.
5. Tiny Bites
Location: 14410 N Florida Ave, Tampa
Tiny Bites is the place to go when you want to get a small taste of big flavor. From cake pops to macarons to tarts—if it’s bite-sized, you can eat it here! Create your own tiny bite or choose from best seller flavors. Fall options include the Pumpkin Spice Bite and the Caramel Apple Bite. Both are made from a graham cracker shell and topped with whipped cream.
