Armature Works: Tampa's fancy food dining hall

Posted
and last updated

Armature Works is a food-lover’s dream and a truly innovative concept in Tampa.

What was once the storage and maintenance facility for Tampa Electric’s (TECO) streetcars in 1910, Armature Works has been reinvented as a premier community destination with innovative eateries, Heights Public Market, reimagined event spaces and an exclusive coworking space.

With its unobstructed view of the Hillsborough River and the Tampa skyline, the restored mixed-use building has brought new life into the historic Tampa Heights neighborhood.

The 22,000-square-foot industrial Heights Public Market features an open floor plan with communal seating surrounded by 14 bars and restaurants showcasing the top chefs in the Bay Area.
