Sandals Resorts wants to reward "people that rock" all throughout the month of May. In honor of Mother's Day, Teacher Appreciation Week, National Nurses Day and Military Month, the all-inclusive resort company wants to send mothers and men and women who serve our country as teachers, nurses and military on a much-needed getaway.

Every day in May, the company is giving away a deluxe seven-day, six-night vacation to those who they say "need it the most."
Sandals will randomly surprise each winner and allow them to pick the resort of their choice.

To nominate someone you'll need a photo of the nominee and all of there contact information. The person you nominate has to be a nurse, teacher, active or retired military and/or a mother. Then you'll have to write a short explanation, a maximum of 250 characters, on why they (or you) deserve to win the Maycation.
