ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. -- ABC Action News works with local shelters to find homes for dogs and cats through our weekly Pet of the Week feature.
This week we are featuring Tucker, a 9-month-old Labrador Retriever/Great Dax mix from Pet Pal Animal Shelter in St. Petersburg.
According to the American Kennel Club, Labrador Retrievers are friendly and outgoing dogs who play well with others. They are usually good with other dogs.
Shelter workers report Tucker is confident, fun and loves adventures. He would make a great companion for someone with an active lifestyle.
Due to his size, Tucker that he would be more suitable for families with older children. He is neutered, microchipped and vaccinated. His adoption fee is $200.
