ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — ABC Action News understands there are plenty of lovable animals in Tampa Bay area shelters need to find homes during the pandemic.
This week we bring you a senior girl from Pet Pal Animal Shelter. Elsy is an 9-year-old, 43 lb. Australian Cattle Dog mix.
According to the American Kennel Club, Cattle Dogs have boundless amounts of energy and make excellent running partners.
Shelter workers say Elsy may seem shy and retiring, but her inner child comes out the minute with a toy. The moment she hears one squeak and Elsy is all smiles. Any potential owner can expect years of fun with her.
Elsy would do best in a home with no small children. She is spayed, microchipped, vaccinated and dewormed. Her adoption fee is $200.
