ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — Each week ABC Action News attempts to help find a home for dogs currently housed in a local animal shelter.
This week we bring you a very "spiritual" girl (at least in name) from Pet Pal Animal Shelter.
Dharma is an one-year-old Pittie mix. She arrived at Pet Pal with a deformed front leg.
Veteranians determined it would be best to amputate her front left leg to give her a better quality at life. She gets around just fine on three legs.
Shelter workers say Dharma enjoys doing dog yoga (yes, it's a real thing), playing with Kong toys and having fun with other dogs.

According to the American Kennel Club, terriers are intelligent, good-natured dogs who are excellent guardians.
Dharma is spayed, microchipped, vaccinated and dewormed.
