ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — ABC Action News works with local shelters to find homes for dogs and cats through our weekly Pet of the Week feature.
This week we are featuring Buttercup, a 6-year-old Labrador Retriever mix from Pet Pal Animal Shelter in St. Petersburg.
According to the American Kennel Club, Labrador Retrievers are friendly and outgoing dogs who play well with others. They are usually good with other dogs.

Shelter workers report Buttercup is beautiful, playful and sweet dog with lovely leash manners and a very happy disposition. They believe she would fill your home with love.
Buttercup is spayed, microchipped and vaccinated. Her adoption fee is $200.
