TAMPA, Fla. — Former Tampa Bay Buccaneers head coach Tony Dungy is releasing a children's book series he co-authored with his wife.
The Team Dungy series kicks off with two books this month, "Austin Plays Fair" and "Maria Finds Courage."
Dungy and his wife, Lauren, want the books to inspire and make a difference in the lives of young readers. They also hope readers learn important character-building lessons about things like integrity, competitiveness and courage.
The series is made up of picture books for children in first through third grade.
