"The Office" alums Steve Carell and Greg Daniels have teamed up to create a workplace comedy show for Netflix focused on President Donald Trump's "Space Force" and "the men and woman who have to figure it out."

Netflix announced the news on Wednesday with a 57-second teaser trailer featuring dramatic music, text titles and video of the sun rising over one half of the Earth. It also comes one day after the streaming service announced it was raising its subscription prices .

Carell will also star in the show, Netflix said.

A specific release date for the show was not announced, but the trailer said it was "coming soon" to Netflix.

Trump announced the creation of "Space Force," the sixth branch of the U.S. Armed Services on June 18, 2018. "We must have American dominance in space. Very importantly, I'm hereby directing the Department of Defense and Pentagon to immediately begin the process necessary to establish the Space Force as the sixth branch of the armed forces. That's a big step," he said, according to CNN .

Carell played the character Michael Scott on "The Office," the lovably-aloof, yet slightly offensive office manager for Dunder Mifflin Paper Company. He starred in that role from 2005-2013, according to his IMDB profile .

If Michael Scott could figure out how to run a paper company, here's to hoping Carell's new character can figure out Space Force.
