Many of us are looking for ways to remain active while also staying a safe distance away from others. That's why Sarah Phinney started a Walking Club to highlight some hidden, and some not so hidden, trails and parks across Tampa Bay.
Sarah is issuing a challenge to members of her Walking Club in March: Walk 30 minutes a day, for 31 days!
If that's a reach for you, walk for as long as you can. If that's too easy, extend your walk!
The goal is to just be active every single day in March.
