The city on the circle. Founded in 1912 by a man from Ohio — George Sebring.
This circular area of downtown was designed as a focal point for the city but it was actually based on a design from Egypt!
The theory is that all the roads should come from the center of the community.
Back then cattle ranches and citrus groves were the economic drivers of the community.
