For 29 years, Delwyn Collins of Tampa General Hospital has been a game changer to thousands of local foster children.
He's a dishwasher and celebrity at TGH.
Delwyn spearheads the hospitals participation in the foster angel program, a toy drive that serves 1,500 kids every year.
He secured 500 foster angels last December, donating nearly 300 gifts himself.
