HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Fla. — The Narcotics Overdose Prevention and Education Chapter (NOPE) of Hillsborough County is holding it's annual candlelight vigil Thursday night.
The event recognizes and honors those who have lost their lives to an overdose death.
The program will begin at 7 p.m. at Hillsborough High School and is open to the public.

A memorial wall with pictures of victims will be on display starting at 6 p.m.
ABC Action News anchor James Tully will be serving as the event's emcee.
