In case you missed it, Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton participated in the first presidential debate on Monday night.
Political analysis has been flooding social media ever since the candidates took the stage, but if you need a little break from all of the tense debate drama, a few laughs are just a "snap" away.
Users of the popular photo and video sharing app, Snapchat, immediately started using the face recognition on the application to put filters on the Presidential nominees' faces and the results are circulating on social media.
Many twitter users shared their snaps with the twitter-verse. For some it made the debate even more entertaining, for others it made the debate "bearable."

Twitter user Kelen Capaner joked at the trend, calling out his fellow Americans.
If you didn't watch the debate and put a snapchat filter on either of the candidates, are you even an American?
