A body was found in the woods near the southbound off ramp of I-75 at exit 182 in North Port, according to police.
Detectives are on scene, and have searched the area on the ground and by air. The medical examiner has retrieved the body, which had no apparent signs of trauma, according to North Port police spokesman Josh Taylor.
The exit is open.
