Authorities in Winter Haven are searching for clues in a burglary that netted $30,000 worth of clothing, sunglasses, fishing and boating equipment.
According to authorities, the manager of West Marine, 1107 3rd St SW in Winter Haven, opened his store and found damage inside the business, in addition to the missing merchandise. Wires to the store alarm system appeared to have been cut and disabled, authorities say.
Items taken include: Multiple GPS units, fish finders, men and women's clothing, sunglasses, rods and reels.
