BELLEAIR BLUFFS, Fla. — A deadly house fire is under investigation in Pinellas County.
Firefighters were called to the three-story home on the 400 block of Bluff View Drive at 2 a.m. on Monday and found it engulfed in flames.

The fire department says three people and a dog were inside at the time. One person did not make it out of the home, according to fire rescue officials.
Firefighters were forced to suspend initial search and rescue efforts because of the intensity of the flames. After 30 minutes they were able to go into the home, where they found the victim.
The cause of the fire is being investigated by state fire marshals.
