HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Fla. — A body has been discovered inside a submerged car in Tampa, authorities say.
Around 8:30 a.m. Friday morning a 911 call came in about a car underwater off of Prince Street.
The Dive Team for the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office found one person dead in the car.
