Tampa Police are investigating after the body of a man was found floating in the water near the Courtney Campbell Causeway on Monday morning.
TPD said someone called 911 around 6:35 a.m. to report the body in the water.
Officers responded, discovered the body and worked to retrieve it.
No other information has been released at this time. TPD said the investigation is ongoing.
