Warrant issued for suspect in November Homicide

Detectives with the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office have issued an arrest warrant for a suspect in a November homicide. James Luis Scott, 22, is wanted for the homicide of Evelyn Woodham. 

Woodham’s body was found in a ditch at 20^th Avenue South and 58^th Street South in Palm River on November 1^st, 2016.

Scott is wanted for 1^st Degree Premeditated Murder.

He is considered Armed and Dangerous and may be in the possession of a firearm.
