Two people were taken to an area hospital following a structure fire in Lake Wales overnight, officials said.
Polk County Fire Rescue firefighters battled a fire at 5301 Fairmont Road in Lake Wales, according to a post on the Polk County Fire Rescue Facebook page Sunday.
The 1,208 square foot house was fully involved when firefighters arrived.
The names and condition of the victims have not been released.
