Leclerc Foods is voluntarily recalling a limited single lot of Fit & Active Chocolatey Chip Protein Meal Bars packages.
The recall is a precautionary measure after a small piece of yellow plastic was discovered by a consumer.
The bars have UPC Code 41498-18695, a “best by” date of May 24, 2018 and were sold in 9.5 oz. boxes containing 6 bars per box. They were shipped to and sold by Aldi stores in 21 states, including Florida.
No other ALDI product is involved in this recall and no illness or injury has been reported.
