Combi USA has issued a recall for Combi Shuttle Travel System model strollers and car seats after concerns that the seat can disengage from the stroller's frame and create a fall hazard to infants.
The units have model numbers 6100027 and 6100100. To date, there have been no injuries or incidents reported, according to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission.
Those with questions can call 844-332-6730 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Eastern on Monday through Friday or visit www.combiusa.com.
Those who have purchased the travel systems, which were sold in silver or red colors, can contact Combi for a free repair. The systems were sold online at Amazon.com, Babies R Us.com, Target.com and other online retailers from June 2015 through September 2016, according to cpsc.gov.
